Henry & McCord, PLLC (“the firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any other tracking technology on this website. We do not track visitors, build browsing profiles, or serve advertising based on your activity.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us directly, exclusively through the “Contact Us” form on this site. That may include your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about the legal services you’ve asked about. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How We Store Your Information
Contact form submissions are delivered directly to a firm email inbox (office@henry-mccord.com). We do not save submissions to any separate database, spreadsheet, or customer-relationship system. Once in that inbox, your message is retained and handled the same way as any other firm correspondence, including our normal email backup and retention practices.
Our email is hosted by a third-party provider, which stores messages on our behalf as part of providing that service. That provider does not have independent access to use your information for its own purposes.
From time to time, outside professionals we contract with to install, maintain, or troubleshoot our computer systems may have limited, incidental access to information sent through this site. They are not permitted to copy, retain, or use that information for any purpose other than the technical work we’ve asked them to do.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party or information broker. We do not disclose the information you submit to anyone outside the firm, except:
- To the third-party email and IT service providers described above, solely to operate and maintain our systems; or
- If required to do so by law, court order, or legal process.
Your Choices
You may ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete a message you sent us, at any time by emailing office@henry-mccord.com or calling 931-455-9301.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account details) through the contact form. If you become a client, we’ll direct you to a more secure way to exchange sensitive documents.
Links to Other Websites
This site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, a map or directions service). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Policy does not apply to them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
