Since 1950, Henry & McCord has been a trusted name in Middle Tennessee law. What began as a small Tullahoma practice has grown into a full-service firm, but our approach hasn’t changed: know your clients, give them straight answers, and stand with them through the moments that matter.

The firm’s full name - Henry & McCord, Gabriel, Chessor PLLC, reflects the attorneys who have shaped it over the years. Today we bring together experienced counsel across estate planning, probate, real estate, business, family law, and litigation, all under one roof in downtown Tullahoma.
We’re proud of the role our attorneys play beyond the office. Serving on boards, foundations, and civic organizations throughout Coffee County. We believe good lawyers should also be good neighbors.
Along the way, we noticed how often our real estate clients needed title and closing services alongside their legal counsel, so we brought that work in house. Today, Fidelity Title & Escrow Company handles title searches, insurance, and settlement services for our clients under the same roof.
