John R. LaBar – John has earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Miami School of Law in Real Property and Development     Requirements for receiving the post-Doctoral degree included the completion of 30 hours of additional coursework in subjects such as Real Estate Taxation, Real Estate Transactions, Distressed Property Workouts, Title Insurance, Securitization of Real Estate, Construction Law, Financial Analysis of Real Estate Transactions, Wetlands Regulation, Green Buildings, Commercial Real Estate Leasing, Environmental Regulations of Real Property, and Condominiums, Cooperatives and Planned Developments, among other classes.
