Advice and representation before public boards and administrative agencies on zoning, subdivision and other land planning and land use issues;
Representation of borrowers and lenders with respect to financially troubled real estate, including loan defaults, foreclosures, bankruptcies and refinances
Our title closing company, Fidelity Title & Escrow Company acts as an agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
